Connected freight operations with AI-assisted oversight
The challenge
A logistics business with multi-crore turnover needed a shared operational view across bidding, dispatch, transport, delivery, and accounts. Fragmented records made it harder to spot unusual charges, track documents, and understand where a shipment needed attention.
What we delivered
We built a web and mobile logistics platform covering freight bidding, role-based dashboards, fleet management, tracking, proof of delivery, and billing workflows. Each team can work from the same operational records.
An AI assistant supports live questions about operations, flags potential fraud indicators and unusual spikes, and surfaces route-optimization opportunities and suggestions for human review.
Current outcome and intended impact
The platform has been implemented for the business. It brings operational workflows and AI-assisted monitoring into a shared system, supporting the team's plans to scale.
Earlier detection of suspicious activity, more consistent checks, and better route decisions are intended to reduce losses and manual oversight. Preventing losses worth lakhs is an objective, not a measured saving reported here. AI flags support investigation; they do not establish that fraud has occurred.
